This can be more rewarding to the reviewed firm than a formal peer review, since no formal report is required and my effort is focused on helping the firm identify problems in its system of quality control, either in design or in the operation compliance section. The process is less formal than a peer review and generally no one outside the firm has access to or uses the results.
